What a journey!!!

Just got back from Kota Bharu last weekend. Wow! what an experience. I had to drive for more than 12 hours. Leaving from home at 9pm, stop at Gombak at 10pm, passed thru Bentong, and then i cant remember the town name then Kuala Lipis (I remember this just becoz of Siti Nurhaliza). Just a thought, 'suspect' la to those people who were here when the Datuk got married last time. Pergh!! jauh tu. On the way to Gua Musang; tragically I had to drive for more than expected becoz of 'jam'. Wowee.....release all my lelah in front of the shell station there. My wife had to take a nap as she was working during the day (same goes to me). Roti canai and Nescafe 'O' kosong. Oklah. Need not to be full. Route to Kota Bharu from Gua Musang quite boring as the road not as challenging as before. Time showed around 5:30am, thick fog was all the way just like Cameron Highlands in the morning. My eyes could not really open and at last, I moved my car by the roadside then bzzzz.

I woke up only at 7am, kesat mata then bedezuummm. Macam peluru. By 9am, at last, arrived at Kota Bharu then called my auntie to pick me up. Wah!! long journey la..and what a long story...really tiring.

As we dont have much time to spend (actually we just attending wedding ceremony je), squeeze some time and managed to goto PCB. Relax by playing kite.

Sunday morning, we started our journey back to KL. Dropped by Rantau Panjang to buy some souvenier. Planned to stop only one hour but ended up untill 2pm. Assumption being made that the Gua Musang-Kuala Lipis would be in terribly 'cramped', we used Jeli-Grik-Kuala Kangsar. What the road!!! sooo hilly that my car had to use 3rd gear most of the time. With a sharp corner makes thing from bad to worst. To my surprise, we managed to be at Tasik Banding for lunch at 4pm. The food there was terrible and I could not find the Ikan Bakar!! Tension!!!

Make another stoppage at Tapah to buy jambu and had a dinner before continue the journey to KL. By the end, arrived at home at 12am because even the PLUS highway jammed.

The Very 1st of my story

Today, June 10, 2009: I am starting to write my own blog. This is the first attempt to create such a new thing in my life. I dont know what to tell here, but i am going to expose some of our family experience as for our remembrance and reference for the future. Perhaps, it will benefit whoever read this blog.
